Message from the Founder, CEO and Executive Chairman

Forty years after EXFO’s founding, sustainability is becoming embedded in how we operate. With clearer governance, better data and a unified company wide framework, our 2026–2028 focus is simple: integrate sustainability into everyday decisions and report progress transparently.

Our Priorities

Over the next two years, we are concentrating on areas where execution will deliver measurable progress.

Environmental Impact

We will reduce operational and distribution emissions, expand renewable energy, improve Scope 3 measurement, and streamline production and logistics.

Social Impact

We will enhance the employee experience through learning, wellbeing, and inclusive programs, standardize HR processes and people data, and strengthen community impact through structured engagement and volunteering.

Governance

We will strengthen information and product security, reinforce ethics, anti-corruption, and compliance processes, and formalize risk governance with clear structures and accountability.
